Welcome to the Pensacola Air Team!
As a Flight Instructor with Pensacola Air, you are the last line of defense for our company. Just like you cannot afford to takeoff in an aircraft without first verifying that the aircraft is airworthy, you must first verify that the "must haves" above are completed.
No one shall be allowed to fly in one of our aircraft without first signing a rental agreement and having that agreement uploaded to Flight Circle. You may upload a signed paper copy or simply text operations the name and email address of the individual(s) that you would like the DocuSign rental agreement to be sent to. Then you may verify that the agreement has been signed by confirming that the the signed rental agreement is in the user's uploads/files.
In addition, no pilot (student or commercial) shall be allowed to solo in one of our aircraft without first uploading the appropriate renters insurance documents and providing the necessary documents proving they are legally capable of soloing/ renting as outlined in the must have document.
You must understand that, due to the importance of these above requirements, if any of these details are overlooked or forgotten, this could result in immediate termination on the grounds of negligence.

This is how to send Docusign Rental Agreements.
Paper copies are also available at the school. If you have a customer sign a paper copy or send a DocuSign Rental agreement, it is the instructors responsibility to upload the completed document into the users Flight Circle Account.

In addition to the details in this video, please advance throttle slowly in all situations (a 4 second count from idle to full) and do not lean on aircraft door or allow it to be used as a handle when entering or exiting the airplane. Follow Checklists and thoroughly read the POH.
Get reimbursed for your time
Make sure to properly bill the customer for your time as outlined in the document below. For example, if you have a 2.5 hour block scheduled and you fly for 1.5 hours there should be 1 hour of pre post time billed to the customer. Presenting and reinforcing this on day one with your clients is necessary to prevent any surprises. Do not fall into the habit of discounting your time.
Watch this great video about what makes a great CFI. Do you have what it takes?

Be sure to keep schedule updated 2 weeks into the future. You will not be contacted prior to scheduling an appointment on your schedule if you show as available.
Also, to keep up student engagement and prevent unnecessary time spent chasing down customers, attempt to schedule the next flight(s) with your customer at the end of each flight. Feel free to use the repeat feature if your customer has a consistent schedule.
